Minutes from last meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer reports: checking $1143.60, Savings $190.11

Outstanding bills: $60 to Teresa Kelly Brewer for scrapbook materials and pictures. Motion made and passed to pay this bill.
Old Business: We need to update the book of birth certificates and other proofs of age. Marsha will make a list and Peggy will contact those we need.
New Business: Peggy updated and paid for our non-profit status (as a donation).

The fee for the district web site will be due soon. Motion was made and passed for the district to pay when is comes due.

Decision was made and passed to purchase ribbons and rosettes from our District Show.

Different ideas were discussed for money makers for the district. Decision was made to table till we see if we get the bid for state. The figure year end awards so we don’t ask the same sponsors twice.

Committee to audit books: Peggy, Skip and Marsha

Voted on recommendations for state - As a district will propose $1.00 increase per event (from the floor) at state.

Committee to plan a benefit for Walt Fadness family. Huck, Lacey, Moriah, Deziah, Shawn and Patsy.

Discussion on thank you for sponsor, nothing was done in 2005 and we have to let them know how much we appreciate it.

We will not reelect a VP for the year and respectfully keep Walts name in that office.

Next meeting March 5th at 7 pm at Nybergs.
