· Minutes from previous meeting were read and approved.

· Treasurers report Savings $259.18

Maria Marsha and Patsy need to complete audit on book before the end of the year.

Discussion on State OMOKSEE bid, information was passed out on the Wild West

Fest that will be at the fairgrounds the weekend of state and what they are able to

provide for state. Maria and Peggy will draft a letter of intent and send to state

secretary stating we are interested in the state finals and will provide the particulars

at the state convention.

New Business:

Some of the district awards have been purchased in advance, since everyone

expects to be very bust with the state show later.

Motion from Moriah to go through 4^th place only for district awards.

1^st Bill, 2^nd Marsha Passed.
