Outstanding bills are $28.00 to Jefferson paper and $62.50 to Townsend paper for thank-yous

Put in a good PA system & adequate seating for awards NO
To put up snow fence behind the turn line on the fence NO
Hand out what awards are official on Sat night YES
Run barrels two people at a time NO
All team & pair events with multiple horses except devils cowhide run only 2 lanes, alternating lanes YES
Awards on Sat YES
Under 8 & 8-11 all be given metals at the beginning of awards YES
Add on individual game for all ages NO
All races must run 2 or more age groups to run the same event. YES
Remove records from book except for the record at that arena NO
Give the same type award at the state convention or utilize left over awards YES
Only ballets will be counted if you have paid for your dues NO
Games we will select:
Basics are poles, key, barrels or barrel & stake, and flag
Single events: polo turn and 2 barrel pole race
Pair races: under 8 mini pair 8-11 pair poles 12-15 + just n’other pair
Motion made to put $7000-8000 into a CD. Tabled until Darcy can look into this and get rates.
Our times are 5-6 years old so, they should be good for a couple more years
Peggy B will send in for the PAC paint alternative comp for our awards again
Awards:
We will give under 8 and 8-11 1st - 6th and all other ages 1st -4th
Marsha made a motion that we spend $800.00 for the awards budget. 2nd Patsy.
The committee Peggy H, Peggy B, Marsha, & Maria are going to take care of the awards.
