District II Meeting

Meeting was called to order at 6:45 by Moriah Ogle

Meeting minutes were approved as read. 1st Teresa, 2nd Peggy H

Marsha gave the treasurer’s report $191.14 in savings, $7000.00 in a CD and $2778.16 in checking.

Old Business:
Ted Wood Sr Memorial-okayed by all clubs and the points shows count.
New Business:
-State O-mok-see: Spring board accepted the arena in Kalispell to run 4 lanes 350 stalls, horse trailers can only be at the fairgrounds during the day, you can put up pens where the trailers and campers can park but, there is no enclosing fence, $40.00 a stall and $35.00 to put up your own pen, awards can fit up to 2000 people.
-We are PAC approved (paint horse alternative competition)
-Scholarship series wants to borrow our timers.
Patsy said if we donate the timers, there is a stipulation that if the timers get damaged, the scholarship series has to replace or buy new ones. 2nd Wes and passed.
- Wes & Patsy will check on timer computer programs
-Districts will be in Boulder put on by the Western Patriots.
-we will donate 1 halter to Ted Woods Sr Memorial, we have 2 extra halters left
